      Sending a password reset link to users

      Note: Regularly remind users to update their passwords for enhanced security.

      Platform: Desktop

      1. Click on Management in the sidebar on the left and choose Users.
      2. Find the right user in the table by scrolling or typing their name in the field under Name.
      3. Click on the cog icon next to the applicable user (in the rightmost column of the table) and select Send a password reset link.
      4. Confirm the action by clicking on OK.

      Caution: Sending a password reset link to users who registered with their Google or Apple accounts is not possible. This is why the Send a password reset link option may be unavailable.
