Understanding the 'Activated' and 'Engagement' columns

  1. Activated Column: This shows how many users of a company have accepted the terms for the community, indicated by the user clicking on the activation link.
  2. Engagement Column: Indicates whether at least one user of a company has read messages on the website, app, or in an email.

It's possible for a company to be engaged without being activated and vice versa. Hovering over "High/Adequate/Passive/None" reveals when the company was last active​​.
