Sending newsletters to non-community members

Platform: Desktop

  1. To add email addresses of individuals outside your community, navigate to the Management section and select Newsletters.
  2. Enter the email addresses of the non-community members who will only receive newsletters in the Manage Relations page.
  3. After adding the addresses, create your newsletter content focusing on relevant and engaging information for external recipients.
  4. Review and send the newsletter, ensuring it aligns with your community's branding and message for external communication.
