Resetting your password

Platforms: Desktop, iOS, Android

Desktop Steps:

1. Visit www.chainels.com in your browser.
2. Click Login at the top-right of the page.
3. Select Forgot Password? below the login button.
4. Enter your Chainels account email and click Send.
5. Follow the link in the email from Chainels to set a new password.

iOS Steps:

1. Open the Chainels app.
2. Choose Forgot password.
3. Input your Chainels account email and tap Request.
4. Use the link in the Chainels email to create a new password.

Android Steps:

1. Access the Chainels app.
2. Tap on Forgot password.
3. Enter your account email and select Send.
4. Reset your password using the link in the email.
