Desktop Steps:
- Visit www.chainels.com in your browser.
- Click Login at the top-right of the page.
- Select Forgot password? below the Log in button.
- Fill in your email address, and select Continue.
- Check if your email is entered correctly and click Send reset link.
- Follow the link in the email from Chainels to set a new password.
Caution: Password resets are only possible for accounts that use an email and password for login. If your account is registered through Google or Apple, your password management is handled externally and cannot be reset through Chainels.
iOS & Android Steps:
- Open the Chainels app.
- Select Get started.
- Fill in your email address, and select Continue.
- Select Forgot password? below the Log in button.

- Follow the link in the email from Chainels to set a new password.
