      Changing your email address

      Note: Ensure your email address is always current for effective communication and account security.

      Platform: Desktop

      1. Click on your name at the top-right of the page and select My settings.
      2. In the sidebar on the left, click on General.
      3. Enter your new email address and click Save at the bottom to update.

      Caution: If you are registered with a Google or Apple account, changing the email address of your Chainels account is not possible.
