      Understanding channels

      Channels are defined information flows designed for messaging within a community. They serve multiple purposes:

      • Provide structured categorization for messages.
      • Enable distinct sets of writers, readers, and message types.
      • Allow users to follow or unfollow content based on relevance.
      • Offer insights on topics for message creation.

      You can locate all available channels in your community on the Messages page, where each channel is represented by a tile at the top of the page​​.
