Platform: Desktop
- Click on Issue Reporting in the left sidebar.
- Click the settings icon at the top-right of the page.
- Select + Category at the bottom of the page.
- Enter the name of the category and set the visibility for issues in this category. By default, issues are processed with statuses like open, in progress, resolved, and closed.
- Choose users to be automatically assigned to issues in this category.
- If applicable, make this a subcategory of an existing issue category.
- Click Save to finalize.
