Adding an issue category

Platform: Desktop

  1. Click on Issue Reporting in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the settings icon at the top-right of the page.
  3. Select + Category at the bottom of the page.
  4. Enter the name of the category and set the visibility for issues in this category. By default, issues are processed with statuses like open, in progress, resolved, and closed.
  5. Choose users to be automatically assigned to issues in this category.
  6. If applicable, make this a subcategory of an existing issue category.
  7. Click Save to finalize.
