Who can view reported issues

Platform: Desktop

Reported issues in Chainels are visible to a specific group of people:

  • Community managers: They have access to all reported issues.
  • Assigned members: Individuals who are assigned to the issue can view it.
  • Company of the user: The company associated with the user who reported the issue can see it.
