Assigning a service provider to a category
Platform: Desktop
- Go to Issue Reporting in the sidebar on the left.
- Click the settings icon (⚙️) at the top-right of the page.
- Scroll down and click the settings icon next to the category you wish to assign a service provider to, then select Edit.
- In the 'by default assigned to' field, add the service provider.
- Click Save to apply the changes.
