Assigning a service provider to a category

Platform: Desktop

  1. Go to Issue Reporting in the sidebar on the left.
  2. Click the settings icon (⚙️) at the top-right of the page.
  3. Scroll down and click the settings icon next to the category you wish to assign a service provider to, then select Edit.
  4. In the 'by default assigned to' field, add the service provider.
  5. Click Save to apply the changes.
