Sending a reminder to a non-activated company

Note: Timely reminders can significantly increase the activation rate of companies in your community. Personalizing the message can make it more engaging.

Platform: Desktop

  1. In the sidebar on the left, click on Management and select Companies.
  2. Scroll to find the right company in the table, or use the Company Name field to type in the company's name.
  3. Click on the settings icon (⚙️) next to the desired company (in the rightmost column of the table) and choose Send a Reminder.
  4. Choose the user(s) to receive the reminder. Optionally, edit the invitation text if necessary.
  5. Click on Send to dispatch the reminder to the selected recipients.
