      Creating a channel

      Note: Creating a channel is an effective way to organize and streamline communication within specific topics or groups in your community.

      Platform: Desktop

      1. Click on Messages in the sidebar on the left.
      2. At the top of the page, where channel tiles are displayed, look for an empty box labeled Add channel and click on the + sign. If this box is not immediately visible, use the arrow on the right side to locate it.
      3. Fill out all the necessary details for the new channel and click on Save​​.
