      Pinning a message to the timeline or a channel

      Note: Pinning a message makes it prominently visible at the top of the selected channel or on the 'My Timeline' overview for all recipients. This is a useful feature for highlighting important information or announcements​​.

      Platform: Desktop

      1. Click on Messages in the sidebar on the left.
      2. Locate and click on the message you wish to pin.
      3. Click on the cog icon at the top-right of the popup and choose Pin to channel or Pin to timeline.
      4. Confirm by clicking OK.
