      Cancelling a booking

      Note: The visibility of the cancellation option depends on the settings of the bookable object.

      Platform: Desktop

      1. Click on the booking service name in the sidebar on the left and choose My Bookings.
      2. Select the booking you wish to cancel.
      3. Click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right of the pop-up and choose Cancel Booking.
      4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking on OK.
