Adding a new user to your community

Platform: Desktop

  1. Click on Management in the left sidebar and select Users.
  2. Choose +Add new user.
  3. Enter the email address of the new user in the provided field and click on Next step.
  4. Select the company you want to add the user to.
  5. Modify the personal profile of the invited user by following the on-screen steps and clicking on Next step.
  6. Click Confirm to complete the process.
