Assigning a default user to issues

Platform: Desktop

  1. Click on Issue Reporting in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the settings icon (⚙️) at the top-right of the page.
  3. Scroll to the configuration table and select the issue category you wish to configure.
  4. Click the settings icon (⚙️) next to the category and select Edit.
  5. Here, you can edit the category name, add notes, update visibility, and select the status.
  6. In the 'default assigned to' field, specify assignees for issues in this category.
  7. After your adjustments, select the issue category and click Save.
