Cancelling a form submission

Platform: Desktop

1. Click on the request forms service name in the left sidebar and select My submissions.
2. Choose the submission you wish to cancel.
3. Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the top right of the pop-up and select Cancel.
4. You may optionally add a comment before confirming the cancellation by clicking Cancel.
