Enabling an inactivity reminder for an issue

Platform: Desktop

  1. Go to Issue Reporting in the left sidebar.
  2. Click the settings icon (⚙️) at the top-right of the page.
  3. Scroll to the configuration table and select the issue category you wish to configure.
  4. Click the settings icon (⚙️) next to the category and select Edit.
  5. Scroll down to Quality of Service.
  6. Choose Enable inactivity reminder.
  7. Set the time interval for sending a reminder to the reporter for a status update after inactivity.
  8. Click Save to apply the changes.
