Two-Factor Authentication - 2FA

This only needs to be set up once, and afterward, you'll only need to enter a verification code once every 30 days or when logging in after manually logging out.

Via Web

1. First-time sign-in

Press enable two-step verification

2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication

Scan and open the QR code with one of the following apps:
iPhone camera (iOS only)
Google Authenticator (Android and iOS)
Microsoft Authenticator (Android and iOS)
another authenticator app

   2a. iPhone - Add verification to passwords

After scanning the QR code, choose the correct account to open the verification code.
If your account is not listed, click 'Cancel' and add your username to your iPhone passwords or use the Google Authenticator app.

   2b. Google Authenticator App

Click the + button to scan the QR code and add the verification code to your app.

   2c. Microsoft Authenticator App

Open the app and tap on 'Add Account.'
Select 'Other account' in Microsoft Authenticator.
Set up your device by choosing:
    - Scan QR code: use the scanning feature in the Authenticator app.
    - Enter the verification code: input the secret key in the Authenticator app.
Enter the 6-digit verification code.

3. Enter the verification code

Copy the code from your iPhone settings or Authenticator app.

Note: The code changes every 30 seconds for security reasons.


4. Success! Save the recovery codes

Save the recovery codes somewhere secure so you can still log in later if your smartphone is not working. We strongly recommend copying and preserving these recovery codes.



Via the mobile apps

1. Enter the verification code

Only the first step works differently on the app: Instead of scanning a QR code, you can click on the 'Open Authenticator App' button. This opens iPhone passwords or an installed app like Google Authenticator.

   2a. iPhone - Add verification to passwords

After clicking the button, choose the correct account to open the verification code.
If your account is not listed, click 'Cancel' and add your username to your iPhone passwords or use the Google Authenticator app.

   2b. Google Authenticator App

Accept adding the verification code after clicking the button.
Then, click on the correct account to open the verification code.

   2c. Microsoft Authenticator App

Open the app and tap on 'Add Account.'
Select 'Other account' in Microsoft Authenticator.
Set up your device by choosing:
    - Scan QR code: use the scanning feature in the Authenticator app.
    - Enter the verification code: input the secret key in the Authenticator app.

3. Enter the verification code
