Sending a reminder for a message

 

Note: Sending reminders is an effective tool to ensure important messages are noticed and acted upon, especially in a busy community environment.

Platform: Desktop

  1. Click on Messages in the sidebar on the left.
  2. Select the message for which you want to send a reminder.
  3. Click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right of the pop-up and choose Send a reminder.
  4. Decide who to send the reminder to: either all recipients of the message or only those who have not read the message yet.
  5. Click on Send to issue the reminder​​.
