This article focuses on how to use the Home page
This article will focus on all the different elements of the Home page:
Besides the separate elements, it is also important to understand:
Your Home may look different from other users. This is because it will only display relevant services that are active within your community, and it is tailored to your needs.
For you
The For you section is personalised to highlight items that may need your attention. What appears here depends on your activity and role in the platform.
Keep in mind: some cards might not be relevant to you if a certain module is not used in your community. Below is an overview of what can appear in this section:
Survey
A card will appear if:
- You have been asked to complete a survey and haven’t filled it in yet.
A card will disappear if:
- You submit a response to the survey.
Events
A card will appear if:
- You are signed up for an event that will start within 7 days.
- There is an ongoing event you signed up for.
A card will disappear if:
- The event has ended.
Bookings
A card will appear if:
- A booking from a user is waiting for your approval.
- You have an upcoming (confirmed) booking.
- There is an active booking.
A card will disappear if:
- You approve the booking.
- Your booking has ended.
Forms
A card will appear if:
- A submitted form is waiting for your approval.
- Your own submitted form is waiting for approval.
- You are requested to update your submission before it can be approved.
A card will disappear if:
- A submission is approved.
- You updated the submission.
Issue reporting
A card will appear if:
- You have reported an issue that is not done or closed.
- You are assigned to an issue that is not done or closed.
A card will disappear if:
- The issue is more than 30 days old.
- The open issue is resolved.
- The issue has been rated.
Membership request
A block will appear if:
- You can approve a member (company / household) that signs up to the platform.
- You can approve a user that signs up to the platform.
A block will disappear if:
- The sign-up is approved.
Discounts
A card will appear if:
- You need to approve a submitted discount.
- A discount you submitted needs to be updated.
A card will disappear if:
- The discount has been approved.
- The discount has been updated.
Turnover
A block will appear if:
- You need to report turnover for the current period.
A block will disappear if:
- You have submitted turnover for this period.
Alarm
A card will appear if:
- You are the recipient or reporter of an open alarm.
A block will disappear if:
- The alarm is closed.
Discover
Under Discover, you’ll find a selection of the most important services in your community. You can customize which services are shown and the order in which they appear on this page.
The standard Events service behaves slightly differently depending on the platform:

In the browser, it links directly to the timeline.

In the app, it opens a separate overview of the events calendar.
To make changes, select ‘Go to →’ and click the cogwheel icon in the top-right corner to edit.

Events
The events section will show you all upcoming and ongoing events.
Discounts
The Discounts section displays a user's favorite discounts. A discount will only appear here if the user taps the heart icon on one of the discount cards.
Latest messages
This section shows the latest messages posted in your community, offering a quick overview of recent updates. Only messages that a user is allowed to see, based on restrictions set by community managers and the channels they choose to follow, will appear here. As a result, this section may look different for each user.
By clicking 'Go to ->' you will be redirected to the Timeline. Learn more about the Timeline.
Groups
Here, you will find out about public groups that are set to favourite. A good way to understand how groups work, can be found in the article Management.
Meet the team
This section displays community managers who have set their visibility to Community. Those who have chosen Private visibility will not appear here.
Users can click the profile picture icon to view available information about a community manager. Please note that email addresses and phone numbers are only shown if the community manager has given consent in their privacy settings.

Changing to the look
The Home section is one of the most important parts of the app, as it is the first thing users see when they open your platform. This is your chance to make a good first impression, so it is important to highlight the most relevant services. You can manage what appears here in the Discover settings.
You can also change the cover image of the Home page. To do this, simply hover over the cover image. Three dots will appear in the top-right corner. Click on them to either:
